She's set the bar so low that passing a drug test and showing up for meetings with her children qualifies as a 'good week?' There is something wrong with that.

1. Just because she passed tests recently, doesn't mean that she isn't a drug addict. The judge called her one, and that is a LIFE LONG struggle. Addictions don't just walk away.

2. Without treatment of some kind, I don't see how she could be successful long term if she is indeed an addict (the judges comments lead me to believe she is).

3. Her biggest addiction is to the paparazzi, and I don't see her working towards being healthy mentally and leaving the paps alone. Her fans need to realize that SHE creates the circus that her life has become.

Depends on ow the test was given and what they were looking for - if she did a urine test then her simply stopping her usage for a few days and letting her body metabolize the drugs would do the job.

Unfortunately, as a DOT employee I see this all the time in my fellow employees - if you know when the test is and what type, you can prep for it. That's why hair and tissue tests are far better than urine and blood. Hair and tissue hold chemicals fair longer-oops that's right she shaved her head didn't she.

narcotics only show up in a urine test max 3 days...weed stays in a few weeks. I'm sure she's just staying clean for now...plus there are products out there that help you pass a drug test..so i'm not buying that she's not into drugs. Im sure she's just doing what she has to do, or paying who she has to pay, to get around it.

She IS a drug addict, the judge wouldnt' say it if it was just a rumor and not backed up by multiple pieces of evidence. Allowing people to think she is just a "free spirit" is not a healthy thing, for anyone.

Maybe she had someone pee for her. I know plenty of high school student athletes who have people pee for them so they will not get caught on drugs.

I don't think that she is on drugs, I think that she just lost it, snapped. I also think that she had no discipline and was raised to think that she could do no wrong, which now that she is under a microscope is showing the world how immature she really is.

If it was just a pee test, there are lots of ways she could have "cleaned herself up" especially since she had a few weeks to prepare....so, I dont know that this convinces me that she hasnt been doing drugs..

Good for Brit Brit; something positive in her life! That being said, her public behavior is very concerning. I believe that the judge should also order a psychological evaluation and for Brit to log some serious hours with a psychotherapist. She is in diar need for help!

Hello she did the test how many weeks AFTER the judge ordered it??? You can easily not do drugs for two days and have it come up clean thats why he ordered her to do it more than once a week.

I know plenty of people who pass drug tests when they aren't clean. Britney has the money and power to get around this drug test. I hope for her sake she's getting clean.

There are some things to keep in mind when we read that she passed a drug test. First off, a "drug test" can mean a lot of things. What kind of drug is she tested for? Perhaps a specific drug that is not the kind that she uses? Second, at the end of the day, she is Britney Spears. Love her or hate her, she has power...is it totally out of the question that her new "paparazzi BFFs" could have sold her (or given) some of their urine in exchange for some photo ops??? Or anyone for that matter!! Of course I have no clue how the test was to be taken?...anywhere and just bring the sample in? Or in a monitored office? Or what? Heck, it could have even been a hair strand test, in that case, how hard is it to have a couple strands of someone else's hair? Okay and third, it doesn't take THAT long for drugs to get out of your system. There are so many things on the "market" these days to help "alter" the test results and that kind of thing. It's very possible in my opinion that she waited long enough to get the evidence out of her system...remember she failed to take the test all together last week! ...anyway...I'm just sayin'!! Keep in mind that just because someone can pass a drug test does NOT mean they are clean!!!

I picked other, I mean after all it is her lawyer stating this. I also have friends that used to do drugs and they used to go to these herbal stores and if they make all these cocktails and drink them a couple of times a day they can pass a drug test. They used to do that for when they were applying for jobs that had drug testing. It's not unheard of.

No I am not surprised at all. I think people have been waaay too hard on Britney. People sorta need to just mind their own business. It's a little funny how you didn't give us a simple, "No I am not surprised at all" option. Instead you wrote, "No, I have always believed she is just immature not a drug addict." I don't believe either to be true. Whow are we to call her immature or to say FOR SURE without a doubt that she is an addict. We can't know everything with certainty. The judge called her an addict based on others testimony not really facts. He just took other people's word for it. It's all hearsay not facts.

i highly doubt she is stupid enough to have someone pee in the cup for her after the fat tony debacle, she probably doesnt trust anyone. im not surprised that she passed her drug test, there is a reason why she refused to do one in the first place, she knew that she had a test coming up so she made sure she passed.

I am SO tired of all the Britney stories! I think we should focus on positive people who are doing positive things artistically and in humanity. All of this media attention and speculation are fueling her infamous behavior. I will start giving her respect once she can make an ACTUAL comeback as an artist. It's time to pay attention to more interesting people.

I thought for sure when she shaved her head it was for drug testing, so I just want to know what kind of testing they did on her now.
