I don't like the fact that Carrie Bradshaw's wardrobe hasn't matured with her age. I mean SJP can pull it off but what I don't want to see are all the cheesy fans trying to pull this look off. If you live or lived in NYC then you know who I'm talking about the ones that take the "Sex N the City Tour". Oh and the clothes aren't that hard to come by. Lots of this stuff is out there if you have the $$$$ to spend. I think the key word here is "styling" it. That's the talent of the fabulous Gay Icon Patricia Field. On a side not I just want to Thank Patricia Field for being the most Fabulous Lesbian on this Planet. Thank you for breaking down that stereo type that Lesbians cant dress. Seriously. I heart you! It's true that they say Gay People are Fashion Icons.

Im going to get eatin alove for this, but how is the "fashion" her outfits in the show were so outrageous that for they movie it looks like they are just throwing things together and trying to convince people that its fashion...when it really just looks ridiculous, no one in their right mind would actually where this.

i'm embarrassed to say it, but i love the tee! message tees usually make me feel like a tacky billboard but i am really enjoying the house of holland, et al look. i'm not a die hard carrie fan but i think this outfit is totally cute and accessible.

Come on! This outfit is freaking ridiculous. I grew up in Queens and lived in Manhattan for a little while and never in my life would I dress like this. There are funky people that dress really cool, but this is just ridiculous. Plus, I'm sorry but there were always those outfits she wore on the show and I couldn't believe any woman would wear since she was practically naked and walking the streets at night. She used to wear bikini tops and a skirt or underwear with a see-thru men's shirt as her dress...what!!??!!?!

I don't get it. I just don't. Maybe I'm not fashion forward enough to enjoy the stylings of Patricia Field, but I'm just baffled by this outfit.

If that's her wardrobe, I'm REALLY REALLY ok with not being able to score it easily.

Patricia Field has created some really amazing outfits for the SATC movie. However, I don't know if I could pull any of them off. I think you have to be a Carrie to pull of those socks.

Ive never thought she was very pretty...I think that role that she played in the halloween movie with bette middler...yeah that was a fitting role for her. (she played a witch for those of you who dont know what im talking about) I never thought someone could look like a witch...or that a witch had a specific look...but if I were a casting director for a movie with a witch as a character SJP would be my first thought..

Ok...flame away but I have to say it: What in the heck makes this woman attractive? I can't think of any paradigm in which she is even remotely good looking. She has a very old-looking, mole-plagued man-face, her wardrobe looks like she's trying to deny the fact that she's in her 40's and she's not that great of an actress.
The outfit above is especially ridiculous. Seriously. This is NOT fabulous. Just because certain things are hard to come by and put together by some fancy schmancy designer doesn't make them fabulous. And it's going to be tragedy city when a bunch of fatter, uglier (sorry ladies) start getting it in their head that they should dress like this. Even women who are naturally slender like SJP shouldn't wear garbage like this!
