On newsstands this Tuesday Elle honors six ladies as the 2007 Women in Hollywood. Among them are Jennifer Connelly, the child star; Diane Lane, the sexy soccer mom; Amy Adams, the supporting actress turned leading lady and one of our favorites Kate Bosworth, the blonde bombshell. On chosing Kate Elle said, "In a town that worships lanky young blonds, Kate Bosworth could have had it easy. Instead, she dodged the expected and chose to rely on her intensity and range, proving this bombshell is built to last." All of these stars look gorgeous in their photoshoots (and on the big screen), and we can't wait to see if all of their hard work this year will pay off at the box office.

If you are so into plastic bobblehead dolls like kate bosworth and rachel bilson why don't you take them out of the public eye and put them on the dashboard of your car? 14I agree with the comments regarding Kate Bosworth, I don't really see how they can justify her being on the list. She's an ok actress who has been in a few good films, nothing spectacular though.
I am however, pretty chuffed to see Diane Lane and Amy Adams on the list. Diane Lane is awesome and talented and beautiful and did I say awesome already? And I have been a fan of Amy Adams since Drop Dead Gorgeous in which she was freaking hilarious and my love for her was further cemented when I saw Junebug. Which is a movie I recommend to everybody by the way! So at least Elle got 2 right?

When I was a teen and saw Labyrinth and Seven Minutes in Heaven I wanted her hair and eyes, in my 20's watching The Rocketeer, Inventing the Abbots and Mullholland Falls I wanted her boobs and tiny waist, now as a 30's something I want her legs.. Throught it all I wanted her talent!!
Now she is happily married with a guy with a Brittish accent and has a kid and still has a body to kill for.. WTH! The good Lord's needs to spread the wealth a little more.. it just isn't fair!!!
