Gwen and Gavin have been so quiet the past few weeks we almost thought she might have had her baby. Finally pictures from a lunch in LA yesterday have appeared. It's amazing how she is so pregnant and yet still dresses up and puts on her lipstick for a simple lunch. Britney are you seeing this???
