Janet tells US Weekly how she lost over 60 pounds she gained last year. Apparently we'll see daily menus, exercise routines and how she over came the personal stresses in her life. I just wonder if there will be any mention of any plastic surgeons in LA? Kidding people... just kidding. I would really like to think she busted her ass to get back into shape since she's done it before but I can't help but be a little skeptical.
