Just like that, Angelina is on the set of her new movie, The Changeling in Long Beach, CA. Not a lot of downtime with the Jolie-Pitts, eh? She flashed a big smile on set as her director Clint Eastwood (and his trusty parrot?) watched on. The movie is based on a true story, about a woman whose son is abducted and when the cops return him to her, she is convinced it's a different kid. Angie looks natural in her roaring '20s garb, especially since she's really been working the Old Hollywood vibe recently. Who knows how long the J-Ps will be around in LA, but award season is already proving to have a draw for the accomplished (and well reviewed in 2007) couple. The Santa Barbara International Film Festival announced that Angelina would be receiving this year's Outstanding Performance of the Year Award for A Mighty Heart. I have a feeling this won't be the only congrats we hand to the Jolie-Pitts this season.

she looks pretty
1I think that if I hear the term "Old Hollywood" one more time, im going to die. AJ is from from "Old Hollywood". Shes 10lbs and stole someones husband. Couldnt she go adopt a husband from a 3rd world country. The girl a MESS.
2Go Angie
3someone needs to just hold her down and feed her a big bowl of pasta.
4She looks gorgeous - sounds like an interesting plot. I'll look forward to seeing this movie for sure.
5Hell ya. Finally, she deserves much recognition for her role as Mariane Pearl in A Mighty Heart. See it if you haven't. I said oscar when I saw it..
6ohh, i love the look of the 1920s
7she looks great!

anyway yesterday I saw on tv that Maddos was in kindergarten for one monthe, pre-school
for two months before he graduated then at the lycee for 28 days. And then we wonder why celebuspawn are so stupid an dout of touch. Wonder if all kids at the pre school graduate in 2 months.
Anyways from the Czech Republic, to NO, to NYC, to LA in less than 7 months, dang pays to riach biatch!

10TMZ is such a reliable source
11Nice
12She looks gorgeous! Angie should consider cutting her hair. It's adorable on her.
13i LOVE those shoes!!! Fab, we need to know where to get them!
14I think both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are under-rated as actors. They are both extremely talented and choose great movies to work on, but their personal lives get in the way of what they SHOULD be famous for.
15I absolutely adore her and her work, but I do not care for this make-up on her.
16I think I'd pick TMZ over CNN when it comes to celeb news since they are the supplier of cleb news to other sites lol. Anyway that make up doesn't do her justice really it doesn't. That heavy black eyeliner, those red lips and that pale make up make me think Michael Jackson! Specially in the second pic where it seems like her eyes drooping a la Michael.Blech!
17Sounds like a pretty interesting movie!
18She always looks so pretty - no matter what!!! She can pull off so many looks!
lol Nyara, I was thinking the same thing about the Michael Jackson look. As ar as Maddox hopping around so much in school..it's gonna be like that it seems for all of them, and it's too bad because although they could be great travel agents one day, moving so much is NOT good for anything else. I'm not talking about moving once a year either, I'm talking about moving every few weeks..it's a far reach to think these kids are gonna grow up normal. They already have the disadvantage of growing up in the spot light, but to move around so much and not form any REAL friend ships is beyond me.
19That sounds like it will be a good movie. A mighty heart comes out today i will have to rent it.
20she looks the part.
21she looks very English.
22beautiful!
Is this how Briish people look, or looked, am I missing something?
23errr hell to the No thats not how british people look!...n e whoo she looks haggard in the second main pic
24She looks good in classic 20s makeup. They didn't have natural and nude tone lips then. Lipstick was mostly just red. Although a lot of women wore their brows really thin in that era, but I don't blame her for not wanting to emulate that.
25Hey lil, I didn't think so. Check out the twigs for legs in the second pic. Aj looks good with a smoky eyes and nude lips any severe make up and she looks like a ghoul. this look is all wrong and those shapeless clothes just consume her her tiny frame.
26she looks old
27whats with Clint Eastwood and the Parrot?
28I'm so happy for her! And nice to see her working
29People did look older for their age in the 20s. Look at the young actresses of the 20s, like Clara Bow, Louise Brooks, Lillian Gish, Marion Davies and Mary Pickford.
Not their later images, because those would be a different fashion era. The style was to be pale with deep lip color. This outfit and make-up looks pretty true to the 1920s, including the chunky heel maryjane shoes, brooch at her collar and cloche hat.
30Dang she looks awful in that makeup.
Whatever happened to her "taking time off work to be a mom?" She's done how many movies since then?
31"The Changeling" is a 1980's horror film starring George C. Scott. The plot is not the same as this movie, but why is Hollywood not only reusing stories, but now titles?
32She looks great in the costume and the close-up picture. But in that second picture, she's literally putting the OLD in "Old Hollywood"
PS: I HATE that saying...as much as I HATE Old Hollywood!!!
33shes looking old.
34Melissa.. she said she was taking a year off once her filming commitments were done..unless Atlas gets the greenlight, then this will be her last and all of 2008 is film free. She will follow Brad for his filming schedule.
35she is on a movie set... maybe her character is suppose to be old looking
36Mad has been attending a French school with branches all over the world. They use the same cirriculum so he acctually IS learning. And in French no less
37LOL Jinxy! The Changeling with George C Scott is one of my favorite ghost stories! When that damn ball comes bouncing down the stairs I die every time!!
I beleive this was a book of the same name.. besides it sounds better than "Not My Kid"
38Zahara, I agree. She definitely didn't look like that last week...besides I guess she's also supposed to look pale and downtrodden, as the summary said the character's child was abducted.
39The moving isn't forever people. Listen to any single interview she or Brad did all year.. they repeated several times that they are pushing hard now while the kids are young and then will settle down once all are in elementary school and they will pull back from Hollywood and mostly produce and develope projects while occasionally acting every few years in a passion project.
40Another movie role? I thought her and Brad were taking a year or so off of making movies to look after their kiddies? Since they made that announcement they actually seem to be working more.
41Ima, no matter how many times you tell folks that, they just won't pay attention.
42Love.
43lucy, see above
44sashak,
trying to satisfy people is as useless as trying to find meaning in a Jessica Alba movie...
...thought I'd update it for the teen set, LMAO!!!
45My child is in Lee's Summit MO, and he's learning Spanish, German, French, and Chinese. He's actually learning to write Chinese and read it as well as speak it. It's a public school and I don't have to pay anything extra. Now a days you Public Scools are just a good if not better than private ones. Like everything else it depends on where you are. I don't doubt that Maddox is getting educated, but switching different schools (even though they are on the same curiculum) means adapting to new students and new teachers, mind you, with their own personal teaching preferences. It's hard on a child when it shouldn't have to be. Why are they still working? They have enough money to live wonderfully the rest of their lives. If it were just them, then I would say fine, do what you want, but they have 4 little ones who have no say so at all. I've never met a child that actually "likes" moving so often and leaving friends behind like they do.
46eww she looks horrid no joke she needs tips from jenn ^,
nya lmfao
47Hi Pink!
48I moved around a lot when I was 6. I made freinds quickly and easily. I knew my parents loved me, I knew my family loved me and that was all I needed.
Besides it is Kindergarten and 1st grade.. trying to figure out how to trace your name with giant blue pencils and to create the perfect peel away skin on your palm with the rubber topped glue!! Which colored scented marker smells the best.. I always liked purple (grape). Run up to someone on the play ground.. wanna play ok lets go..
When they are all elementary school age..perhaps sooner they will settle down.
49You must be lucky & live in a fabulous school district then. Cause the public schools in my neck of the woods are truely awful. Not all public school are as good as private ones, it all depends on funding
