Nicky Hilton was at Pure launching her new line of jewelry apparently getting very drunk and dancing up a storm. I guess in this case what happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas. Is she giving us a peep show? I usually give Nicky a lot more respect than Paris but maybe she just has me fooled.
