Just when things with Britney were looking slightly more stable, she has lost her visitation rights with Sean Preston and Jayden James. TMZ is reporting that at yesterday's surprise custody hearing Britney Spears' visitation rights were suspended. The hearing was requested by Kevin's lawyer after Britney apparently failed to complete some of the court ordered requirements. The LA County Commissioner's order reads:
"Petitioner's (Britney's) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner's compliance with the court orders..."The parenting coach is to submit a report to the court and counsel prior to October 26, 2007.""
The next scheduled hearing isn't until next Friday the 26th, but we wouldn't be surprised if Britney has the lawyers back in court before then. Hopefully this is a(nother) wake up call for Britney that they are watching her carefully and to make sure she follows through with everything they ask. Maybe (wishful thinking) this will make her realize that there is no way for her to get SP and JJ back unless she buckles down and does it all — no matter what.
Update: TMZ has more details, now saying that the suspension came after Britney failed to provide the drug testing facility with contact information so they could find her and administer the random tests.

Not saying she's totally blameless but if she wasn't at those initial hearings it is her attorneys' responsibility to take care of these details. That is why they're paid hundreds of dollars an hour.

That is funny, because Britney had to ask the paparazzi how to get to her Malibu home the night she claimed her house at the Summit was broken into. Maybe that is why she keeps them as guardians...to help her find her houses when she is too out of it.
