Paparazzi get WAY too close to cars. I'm surprised more aren't run over. You step in front of a car, you take the hit. Literally.

I voted that it wasn't her fault, and who can blame her really? But, in all honesty, isn't it time Ms. Brit hired a driver to drive her around? First the "hit and run"; now this? She has the money, and I think it would serve as good protection for her from the paparazzi. Just a thought...

This particular incident, I think the paps are at fault. They are always swarming around her and they know she sucks at driving so they should have been more careful around her and her car.

That guy was standing pretty much right in front of her car waiting to be hit. Plus, he didn't even move out of the way after she beeped at them. Even though her life is a wreck, I think these paparrazzi's make her life extra difficult.

For once, I'm on Britney's side. There ought to be a limit on how close they're allowed to get to celebrities or something, because personally, I don't know why it doesn't happen more often.

I would say both were at fault, in some way. The guy because he's dumb and got to close to a moving car. And Brit for being dumb, and trying to drive through a swarm of people.

For once, and this may be the only time I ever say this, I don't think this incident was Britney's fault. If these guys are stupid enough to clamber all over a moving car then this is what they get.

No way was it her fault - in the case of the paps - these jerks stand directly in front of celeb's vehicle to get their shots all the time - I am so annoyed with their entitled attitude. Totally his fault and well deserved. An angel probably got her wings when this one occurred. :angel:

When you step in front of a vehicle, you expect to get hit. And he ran in front of it, making it harder for Britney to stop. That should not be her fault, even though she should have checked to see if he was ok (though I can understand why she wouldn't either - especially if she's been advised against doing so or also because the paps can be overly zealous).

I think it's 100% pap's fault. They're the ones swarming a moving vehicle just to get a picture. Back up or get your foot ran over. Simple.

It was not her fault that he was hit by her car if he stepped in front of her car when she had the right of way - especially if she was blowing her horn. However, if she left the scene after she hit him, that is illegal. And damn she KNOWS that because charges are still pending against her as we speak for this very thing! So once again she is a thoughtless idiot who is just setting herself up for these situations. If this guy comes back and makes a case against her she has no one to blame but herself.
