It is no joke that the Holidays are hard on the waist line. There is so much decadent food around in unsuspecting palces. Plus it is a stressful time which makes it even harder to have will power. Especially if you are a stress nibbler. It seems like once you cross that line and eat something you are trying to avoid, it becomes easier to cross the line again. And again. And again.
Well I have a couple of things to say. First, try to not indulge, but if you do make sure to work hard to keep it an isolated incident. Secondly, just work on maintaining your current weight. You might not be loosing any pounds, but at least you won't be gaining any.
