Dr. 90210's Dr. Rey threw a party in LA last week to celebrate the launch of his new Home Shopping Network underwear line, Dr. Rey's Shapewear. It's hard to imagine that knife-happy plastic surgeon would want to encourage people to use underwear rather than surgery, but I guess he's appealing to the OR-scared public. Plus, apparently he used his cosmetic surgery principals to design the underwear, whatever that means. Maybe Carmen is looking for a new way to look so slim. She recently said, "I used to work out every day and now I kind of try not to obsess over going to the gym every single day - I can allow myself to have junk food when I'm craving it." If she can eat junk food when she wants and still look like this I'll take any secrets she's got.

1It's better to eat a little junk food now and then and to exercise a little less if it helps you to stick to a healthier diet for longer.
If you don't do a hardcore exercise plan but do a less strenuous workout consistently for longer it's better then going crazy for a few months and then doing nothing for the same. Ditto with the food.
She seems to have the right idea.

11Carmen-don't really care for her one way or another. Denise-can't stand her. She is so staged. It is as if she calls the press before she goes somewhere so they can show up and take pics. All her "candid" shots at the beach or wherever look so staged and fake.
