Tom Cruise was joined by his friends, family and costars on the red carpet at the premiere of Lions for Lambs in LA last night. Katie looked great in Berlin, but she went even more glamorous last night. Also there to support Tom was his stylish BFFs Will and Becks. It's Tom's time to show off his movie, but he recently took the time to gush about his wife. He said, "I have a lot of respect for [Katie] as an artist, as a woman. She's a very strong, gracious woman. She's very funny, a great comedian." Some of you don't have a lot of faith in Katie's acting skills, but it sounds like Tom can't say enough kind words about her. Of course, being the mother of his adorable little girl may make him a bit biased but we can't blame him.

There's so much I want to comment on but for right now can I just say what in the world is Becks wearing???!!!!!!!!! He is practically a male fashion icon and he's at a premiere looking like he just got off work at a construction site, downed a few beers at the local bar and was too lazy to go home and change so he headed to the premiere! David, David, David, this will not do at all!

1I did not to like Tom and Katie for the longest time - but I am coming around. They seem happy and even though tom's a weirdo .. his movies are almost always reliably good and he is a convincing and very good actor.

And this is a movie, not a Scientology rally. The movie has nothing to do with Scientology. Some people CAN keep their religion out of their work. It is easy to assume some things, but the reality is that this movie has nothing to do with Scientology.

I think Tom Cruise is a great actor, Born on the Fourth of July, Rain Man, A Few Good Men, The Firm, Magnolia, Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai, Collateral...there are more but those are the ones that stick out in my mind. I just think he made a really bad decision to go ape sh*t on Oprah's couch and start arguing with Brooke Shields and Matt Lauer, etc. But I don't think that takes away from his talent as an actor. Once again, it's just my opinion.

I agree 100%. I am not a fan of Scientology by any means, but from the multiple very credible sources I have heard from, he keeps his personal stuff out of his work. It also appears that he learned from the couch/Lauer drama, and has been very quite since then.

Tom Cruise is the most exciting actor of our time and I don't think any other actor can bring as much attention to a subject as Tom can. Unlike many, I'm someone who actually cares about what's going on in this country and do pay attention to what's going on. We finally have a film that is addressing both sides of the argument of war and policies.
This is a movie that's intended to make people think and I'm a big fan of that as well as Mr. Cruise.
