The whole dolphin thing makes me think a little better of her. The audio I heard on the radio, she sounded genuinely sad about her inability to help the baby dolphin, and it sounded like she put herself at risk to help it.

It was probably one of the most disturbing and sickening things I have ever seen.

greggie i second that. it's so hard for me to find the sincerity in all of this on her part because she annoys me so much, which probably makes me look like a cruel, heartless b*tch. ah i don't mind being that tonight only. so hate me. lol.

about her I´m still meh.. but her actions towards trying to save the dolphins are commendable.

I LOVE dolphins...I got to swim with one in the Bahamas two years ago and it was one of the most memorable moments of my life. They're such cute, loving animals.

I'm not a fan of this girl but my heart broke over this story and I seriously doubt her tears were fake. I mean come on, she seemed to have bonded with that baby dolphin and then they slaughtered it. Not sure if she witnessed it but seeing all that blood in the water was traumatic enough I'm sure.

This story, and any other story related to animal abuse or poaching, completely outrages my boyfriend and myself. Maybe someone should start stabbing those bastards in the head. The fact that the Japanese police were called out and sent Hayden and the other people trying to stop these horrible acts away, while the bastard poachers were allowed to continue with their business until the ocean turned red with blood, is sickening. This is why there should be a WORLD Environmental Agency. All countries should have the same laws when it comes to environmental and wildlife (I see them as one in the same) protection. China has no environmental regualtion, and that affects all of us. More power to Hayden, and anyone like her. Because, no matter her sincerity, we are the more wiser for her experience. I certainly didn't know this was occuring in Japan until this story broke.

That video of her crying when she gets off the surfboard is heartbreaking. No matter what's your cause it's obvious it's very dear to her. There's no hiding that emotion.
