Boot lover Jessica Biel was out in LA on Thursday, showing off her new pair of suede turquoise boots while she picked up some goodies at the Brentwood Country Mart. Apart from her wide smile on the red carpet earlier this week at the premiere of Darfur Now, Jessica pretty much always sports a perma-scowl these days. Maybe once Justin gets back from Australia she’ll be back to smiling in public…but I'm not going to hold my breath.

19She HATES the paparazzi!!! She's not going to smile for them, if they're stocking her. That's why she's never smiling. And then you see for a premiere or event like a few day ago, where the paps "suppose" to be, she'll smile. That's why she's never smiling.
Popsugar caught it best here. Justin and Jessica are laughing having fun, then the next picture, they see the paps (Justin's even looking dead at them) and they stop looking happy. That's ALL it is people.
