Britney may seem to be letting Paris call the shots, but the truth is, Britney is in control of what she wants. No one in her camp wants to piss her off so they're letting her run wild. Brit has been spending time with Paris, Lindsay and even Brandon Davis. Last night she was out with her backup dancers and tour choreographer. While we would hope they were working, it looks like the group went to Area to party with Paris & LL. And don't think we're going to see an end to Britney's partying anytime soon. Sources say those close to Brit are afraid to give her any advice because they're all on her payroll. TMZ reports:
The problem is, anyone who might be close enough to tell the 24-year-old Britney to get things in order (and put on some panties) is also on the Britster's gravy train, so they don't want to bite the hand that feeds them, we're told. Her mother Lynne, who's being supported by her daughter, has all but given up trying to get Brit to shape up and calm down, and can't even get in touch with her. And her father Jamie has always stayed mainly in the shadows. What's more, few people outside the family appear have much sway with Britney – except, by the look of things, Paris Hilton.
Believe it or not, it seems that the Fed-Ex may actually have been at least a steadying influence on Britney, even though he's hardly a paragon of upright citizenship himself. Ultimately, says one source close to the family, "The only person that can stop Britney is Britney."
Apparently JT was at Area last night also. I wonder if there were any dance offs.

6I agree, what comeback??? Like I read somewhere else, a comeback is for someone who is a TRUE star, who has proven their talent, and then took a "break" for a few years. What talent did Brit ever have? These are her true colours showing, so we may as well get used to it.

17Toxx I do and don't agree, sure, there's nothing wrong with going out when you're a mommy, but for 10-12 days straight? I don't know of any young mother who parties like that...plus, she's gone parts of the day too (one pic had her being driven home the next day by Paris). I agree she should have fun and get free time, but when she complains oh I was pregnant the last 2 years, well honey, that was your choice and now your kids should be your top priority. Sure, go out on the weekends or whatnot, but don't be a wasted fool for 10 days straight.

21Oh I totally agree. Its fine to go out but it needs to be in moderation. Im a young mom and this is my second pregnancy in 2 years come January you will NOT see me doing anything like this. I cant imagine emotionally what shes going thru esp with the divorce but shes handling it all the opposite of how it prolly should be or normally would be handled. Thats where family should be coming in. If they honestly cared for her and the babies money and her attitude and hard headedness wouldnt be a factor family is for life through thick and thin. I could understand if you took 2 weeks, like a vacation, to release, get out bc ur under intense pressure leave the kids with Grandma or something, but its been 2 weeks it is enough and I was raelly really hoping shed have started cleaning up and slowing down. 24Hmmm I disagree with Toxxic...she misses a lot when they are sleeping. When my little ones woke up crying in the night (which most babies do), they were comforted by me, not a nanny.
Sure, I'd go out maybe once a month because everyone needs to get out (even moms!) but I was never not around for days on end. Surely she's sleeping half the day away having been out all night, too. She's missing them there as well.

35jleegirl- I never thought of that.... well, there is a lot more involded, I have a niece and she loves that I read her books at night till she falls asleep (Her mom works at night, but I know she would love that it was her mother instead), she asks me if I can stay for a little while when she falls asleep, she likes when we bake cookies at night before going to sleep... I never saw that... wow!

43I was reading on some site that she wasn't able to wear miniskirts for 2 years now, and gosh darnit, she's been deprived (rolling eyes). It was also said that she used to go out like that all the time (panty-less) but it's just now that photogs are starting to get shots from different angles. Whatever! I have zero respect for her, and lost any sympathy or pity I may have had for her at one point.

Heck, even when she first started dating Kevin she took him to Santa Monica beach when they were having a shark siting! If she was trying to hide from press, why would she take him there when everyone in LA knew the press was flocking there?
If she didn't use her family to get press, why would she go on Letterman to annouce she was pregnant? Why would she go on Letterman after filing for divorce? You do the press rounds when you have a PROJECT to promote, not a family to promote.

47I really think she picked Kevin to marry cause he was a nobody and would worship her. Marriage to another celebrity would be a competition for the spotlight. Her little worshipper wanted his own career and the paparazzi was after him too. The children, I believe were had for one of two reasons or both; competing with the amount of children he had with Shar and all the other celebrities were having babies and she wanted one too. I really think she thought Kevin and her children would be like little playmates to her. It's definently all about her!

She has been out partying every night for the last 2 weeks now!!! That is a bit extreme. She has a 14 month old and an 11 week old at home. She can't be in any fit state to look after them when she isn't getting home till like 5 or 6am.
