Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo don't seem to be doing a lot of "work" these days, but they're always down for a good vacation. The couple was in San Juan Puerto Rico over the weekend to celebrate the opening of El San Juan Hotel & Casino and Brava Nightclub. Rough life, eh? They are so cheesy sometimes (see: Nick's Halloween costume [1]), but can't say that they don't have a good time [2]. Gabrielle Union and CariDee English also took advantage of the invite and enjoyed the weekend down south. Hey, who couldn't use a weekend of free drinks in Puerto Rico? Cheers.
