David Beckham hopped from his charity game over the weekend right up to Vancouver to play a friendly match with the Galaxy tonight. He had a little pre-practice press conference yesterday, and it's a good thing that he had a name tag in front of him. You know, in case anyone forgets who he is. Fuzzy Becks blogged about this week's matches and he even got kinda cute talking about how he made sure that the England Team Coach, Steve McClaren, knows that he is always ready and willing to come back and play with his national team. Let's just hope that David takes it easy on his body during the non-competitive matches so he can keep himself off the injured list for a while.
