There's never a moment's rest for Katie Holmes who was absolutely stunning out to help honor her husband at last night's Moving Image Black Tie Salute Honoring Tom Cruise in NYC. She and Posh are looking pretty similar in the hair dept these days, especially when Katie has it all straight like that. It looks like most of the women took the black tie part of the event very very literally with their choice of dress color, including Ellen Barkin and Julianne Moore. The museum's director talked about why they choose Tom, "Salutes are traditionally actors or directors...Some of these actors and directors are also multitasking, and Tom Cruise is one of them. His position with United Artists puts him into a whole new phase of his career, and that makes it a perfect time to honor him." Congrats to Tom, but (cheese alert) what better prize could he want more than Katie's infectious smile.

I could care less about talent and looks when one is nasty as in biting their fans heads off but what's so endearing about Tom and Katie is that they are among the good guys in the business. Other nice stars Im fortunate to meet in person were Steve Carell,Sandra Bullock,Hugh Jackman and Rachel Ray. Worst personality award and they're not good looking in person like Justin Timberlake,Katie's bad replacement in Batman Maggie Gyllenhaal,Catherine Keener and Cameron Diaz.
BTW,Katie looks so absolutely bewitching each time i see her.

20I love the Cruises, especialy Tom. Scientology or not, at least he believed in something and I don't see anyone knocking atist, satanist or any other wacky religionist because of their beliefs. Tom has never done anything hedious like wearing vial of blood, incest etc. All he's ever done is divorce,(quite common), show his love for his Katie in a graphic display (more in touch with his feminine side, if you ask me and that's so sexy). He is an amazing actor, one of the best in Hollywood, people give him credit for his art and not his religion. He's cute and he is aging nicely.
