The lovely ladies of Gossip Girl got into the holiday spirit on the set in NYC yesterday. Love the candy canes and Jenny's cute socks — Fab wants to test your knowledge on their fabulous wardrobe. GG could use a little bit of cheer after last night's super scandalous episode, especially Blair's surprisingly risque ending. What did you think of last night's episode? As usual we were loving all of the girls' hair and makeup so much so that we were almost too distracted to notice their high-tech gadgets. The show has been a roller coaster of teenage angst and mischief, and we have a feeling that even a holiday episode won't be without a little spiked eggnog or surprise kisses under the mistletoe.

11Doesn't anyone else think that Gossip Girl is another version of the O.C.? The rich heroine (Barton/Lively), sensitive and misunderstood, attracted to the boy from the sticks...The b*tchy/popular brunette/best friend...The slutty/superficial moms and dads with embezzlement and other issues..
To me, it seems identical--just more arrogant and set in the more intense big-money Upper East Side environment.
Even Jenny is another version of Barton's little sis in the show..crazy!
That said--the pilot featured the very cool "Young Folks" song that is currently on my playlist.. pretty good choice.

I know Serena in supposed to be the main character but last night I was like WTF? Who REALLY gets too "scared" to lose their virginity??? No one I knew...

25I liked last night's episode. I really wish Schwartz had stuck to the book a bit more though. Hair colour doesn't matter as long as he at least remembers that Dan was supposed to lose his virginity to VANESSA not Serena. Come on, that's sort of crucial.
