Beyonce landed in Seoul today, continuing her nonstop tour (just like in her AmEx commercial!) after her visits to Russia and Ethiopia. Even though the Ethiopia show drew a huge crowd, some local students have gone on a hunger strike protesting the fact that scantily-clad B met with the head of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Considering the similar trouble that caused her to cancel her Malaysia show, maybe it’s time for some more conservative stage costumes. I'm sure none of this will break Beyonce's stride, and she'll be back in her bikini by Jay-Z's side to celebrate his new album’s success.

For her role in Dream Girls, she dropped 20lbs, and I remember reading that even though she got lots of compliments on her slimmed down figure, she just wasn't happy being on that diet and just wanted to return to her normal weight.
So yeah she's thick.....that should not overshadow the fact that she is healthy! How many of us on here could take on her hectic lifestyle? We should be more upset with the many Americans who are overweight and unhealthy. Health and NOT appearance, come first in my opinion.

13I don't think she looked better slimmer. She's always been thick and has looked good in it. I've never hated on her for having curves, because they are really nice, actually. I wish I had more curves, BUT she should not wear skinny jeans! Emphasizes the thighs way too much.

Sorry, since it used "thick" again I thought I was being misunderstood.
I agree with indie - I didn't think the slimness worked for Beyonce at all. She's gorgeous (fake hair and weird style of dressing aside) and her curves are a huge part of that.
