Ryan Phillippe looked a bit, shall we say, rugged around LA yesterday afternoon. If he wasn't a movie star, this is totally the type of dude that would come off a little bit shady, right? As much as it hurts deep down inside to say, he's looking a little too Spencer Pratt (ugh, vomit) with the scraggly facial hair. Sorry, sorry, that was inappropriate. While Ryan is pretty good at hiding his hot these days, we all know it's under there somewhere. Even just a trim helps.

15I think Ryan is 100 times better looking than Jake G. (I just prefer him over Jake) I agree he needs to lose the facial hair. Also, who really knows what went down with Ryan and Reese. I'm glad they put their kids first. Very cool and responsible.
