Britney should have stayed home. This girl was 10 times better!

i don't think they are that different. what brit needed was some kickass special effects and set!

It was never that bad to me in the first place. Honestly, Britney Spears has never been this mega amazing performer to me and that's why I didn't understand why everyone thought it should have been better. I was like, aren't her performances always like this? When was it ever good?

The girl is better. She didn't ave fat sticking over her bra and underwear and looked more into it then Britney.

britney just needed to give it some spice something fot the performance!! maybe some special effects could have helped

oh..that....ummm...good for the girl to make brit look worser than she is. wait...matter of fact shes on the bottom of worse and worse. the performance is have a tadbit more appeal.

Color me surprised: The choreography was just not that exciting in general! But still, the dancer had more "snap" to her movements, whereas Brit's were just languid. But still, I'm surprised that the intended choreography was so blah.

The performances was pretty much the same 'cept the dancer was more fluid and she looked like she wanted to be there. Ehh...and Britney moves as if her hair will fall off if she walked to fast or something...

The stand in is obviously a lot better, she knows the moves down pat and is very on point. However, seeing what the performance was intended to be it still looks very blah. Not as high energy as Britney's performances in the past. That being said, while Britney lacked a better knowledge of the moves her performance wasn't too far off from the original.

At least they were able to lift the other dancer. Britney missed the lift.

I suspect the reason the routine is somewhat tame was to accommodate Britney, because after the HOB shows, she clearly wasn't in very good dancing shape.

The girl is a lot better but the overall performance didnt have much too it. Brit def could have done a lot better and I think the stand in did good but the performance even at Brits best would have been just okay anyway. Definetly not opening the VMA's worthy...

the dancer had more spice into the routine.

I was actually surprised that the performance was meant to be that dull. I didn't see much difference between the two.

I think the problem was that she seemed so lazy and out of it. She wasn't hitting the moves. It's not the choreography, or even her size (she didn't look that fat), it was how sloppy she was.

Was this really comeback material?

The other girl put her heart into it, she wasnt rehearsing live like britney.

I voted yes - it seems like there was a lot more dancing in the other version. Britney did too much standing around & touching herself! It is a little hard to tell, though, since the camera is zooming out a lot, and with the split screen, you can't see very well. All in all, Britney totally phoned it in. But I think that the set itself was pretty lackluster - for her big comeback, there should have been more.

The choreography was pretty lame to begin with...and I agree with lula29...in retrospect Britney was NEVER on the level of Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson NOR Chris Brown...and her vocals have always been the equivalent of excrement...so yeah, SHE BLOWS!!!

The girl looked better for one simple reason: SHE PUT HER HEART INTO IT! Britney didn't even look thrilled or sharp with her moves. Had she put her soul into it, the performance would have been pretty good. Its not that she was fat or anything. She has a damn good body for someone who lives off of fast food and had two kids. She's just lazy in her dancing.

i mean whoever was dancing in that video did a better job than Britney, but the choreography was terrible. I don't think Britney was to blame, it was the choreographer! Fire her!

The whole thing about calling Britney fat was overdone, she isn't in the shape she was years ago, but come on, she's had two close together pregnancies.... The girl did much better because she WANTS to perform. So there's some 'heart' into it. Britney obviously didn't want to do it so she was just going through the routine with half-heart into it.

even if the dance was duller than britney normally does, the stnad in acted like she actually enjoyed being there and had a little fun with it, britney had no enthusiasm!

both sucked. needs better choreography but then again, maybe they made it simple for her knowing she'd probably mess it up.

If she'd been singing it live, then I could forgive a little for not hitting every move, but neither Britney or the stand-in were actually singing, so it comes down to the moves. The choreography wasn't dramatically different and Britney's version was a bit easier, but the execution was worlds apart. The stand-in actually seemed to be into the music and the routine. Britney just looked kind of stoned and passionless.

I think they look the same, the only difference is that you can tell the girl was actually trying to perform where Britney didn't give a s***. I think the choreography was just lacking.

dancing wise- they aren't that different- the set up for the performance just wasn't that great. But at least the stand-in girl looked like she knew what she was doing and she was having fun. Brit looked awkward and uncomfortable. Plus the fact that Brit lip synched the entire performance- not even saying the famous "It's Britney B**ch"- didn't really help Brit either.

If Britney had danced like that chick did it would have ameliorated her comeback instead of denigrating it.

MTV should have just shown this footage instead. britney would have still gotten her name and song out there without having to make a fool of herself.

The pro did it WAY BETTER than Brit! Those poor dancers that were with BS...they had to work around someone who was so late on so many parts!!!!!

Yes, the choreography was a bit boring, but Britney couldn't handle anything more complicated, OBVIOUSLY!!!

This professional dancer really was many times better, but i´d still say no. Britney actually remembered surprisingly many of the steps, than I thought. Her only problem is that there was absolutely NO ENERGI in her performance.

The stand-in was WAY better. She at least put some energy behind the crappy dance moves.

the dancer was much better, but the routine itself didn't particularly impress me. britney's past performances were much more high-octane, and to think that was a routine choreographed for britney is a disappointment. they should have made it a much more energetic routine- she was able to get away with being lazy with it since it was so low key.

the choreography was boooring - but the fact that brit couldn't remember it and couldn't do the lift is just sad

People are trying to forget this woman as much as possible. But yet here we go again with another posting on her. In my opinion they both looked bad. That was the worst of dance moves throughout the whole thing. I couldn't bear to watch the whole thing.

Seriously, it's just painful to watch her VMA performance.. this will definitely be the last time.

That said, the choreography could have been a gazillion times better, but Brit still looks high compared to the other girl.

the stand-in's turns were tight, and her moves were crisp. unlike brit's sloppy lip-synching, and her snaps did not pop, but fizzled!
