Carrie Underwood looked cute and casual in NYC yesterday, signing a few autographs after making an appearance on GMA and leaving her hotel room in sweats. It seems like she's been everywhere lately thanks to the big success of her latest album. She snagged a few Country Music Awards, not to mention a hottie from Gossip Girl. It looks like Carrie's good streak has only just begun — she just signed on to tour with Keith Urban next year. This American Idol winner's been a breath of fresh air for us as far as starlets are concerned so we hope she keeps up her adorable image as she continues to make headlines.

1) She made that ridiculous statement IN PUBLIC a few weeks back about people performing on AI not being real musicians.
2)Carrie Underwood, an alumnus of AI was a big winner there in 2005, and has gone on to become a very talented and great country music singer in her own right, piling up numerous awards in her brief time! Plus, her social life has been very, very good! Ashlee, on the other hand, ?
3)And this proves that "not real musicians" CAN take their talent and make the best of it while other good things fall into place!
