This week's Life&Style shows us some private family photos of Sean Preston and Jayden James over at Kevin's house with him and his mother. The pictures were taken back when the boys had pink eye, which is just one of the issues discussed in the article to go along with these photos. Another problem, of course, is the drug test that Britney supposedly failed. Though she originally claimed it was because of her prescriptions, the test apparently doesn't check for those substances. Instead, the positive test was for amphetamines an issue that will land Brit's and Kevin's lawyers back in court tomorrow. Meanwhile, there is the rumor that Britney went to Vegas over the weekend for secret liposuction (again). Don't know about believing that last one, but clearly her life isn't cleaning itself up anytime soon.

13justingirl, i was about to say the same thing. seeing this adorable boys smile breaks my heart. they're so small and so fragile and they're mom is literally squandering her chance to actually be able to be with these kids. it's so heartbreaking.

32PROVIGIL HAS AMPHETAMINES IN IT. But even if she has a Rx for ProVigil, it is a very powerful drug that was developed to keep fighter pilots awake for days at a time. It is not physically addictive, but it is very mentally habit-forming. There is no conceivable medical reason she should be taking this stuff; taking it for the sake of taking it is abuse. And if there is a reason she's taking it (i.e., she has narcolepsy like she says), then she shouldn't be driving. END OF STORY. Can't someone just sign away her rights and commit her already?

34What's sad is that every picture with Britney they are upset and scared looking. It might be because of the people flashing pictures of them but I can't see her really getting down to their level or paying them any attention. She just seems too self centered. If she wasn't that way believe me she would be fighting her ass off for custody of her children -- she isn't. She won't change her lifestyle at all and doesn't see anything wrong with it. It's great that they seem so happy around their father.

Plus, even if Provigil has amphetamines in it...she has been taking this drug the whole time and it would have turned up on previous tests. Provigil excuse is yet another lie...

37It's good to see those boys happy and healthy with their dad, although I think their private lives should still be private. I agree with people though- with their mom they just look so unhappy. Maybe if she let them go to bed at a decent time?
