Over time Madonna has been known for her style. She always looks so put together whether it's for a performance, a night on the town with her husband, or even a trip to the gym. She just has an incredible sense of style. Yes, I know she is wearing fur in this picture, but still. Now you too can dress like Madonna. H&M designed an off-stage wardrobe for Madonna and her backup dancers for her world tour so we all know she's a big fan of the Swedish brand. Looks like they want to continue the relationship since they are launching a new line with Madge. Here's more:
"The 'M by Madonna' fashion line will reflect Madonna's timeless, unique and always glamorous style," H&M said.
"Madonna has an impressive feel for fashion and trends. She was extraordinarily style conscious, passionate and was involved in even the smallest details of every design," it added.
Analysts said the tie-up would be positive for H&M sales.
"Naturally, it is positive that they are continuing to work with Madonna," said Stefan Stjernholm, analyst at Swedbank.
"There is going to be lots of interest for Madonna's collection, but it will also contribute to more interest in H&M in general. Their sales ought definitely to be influenced."
A second analyst said Madonna would give H&M "very welcome publicity and help sales."

What is wrong with H&M.. didn't the first try with Madonna tell them something. Madonna is a hag and WAS, I repeat, WAS an icon.. like 10 years ago. Once she started the fake British accent and that Gweneyth Paltrow.. I am better than the US.. SHE IS A SELL OUT!!!!
1It's her choice to wear fur...I can't stand her for reasons other than offending anti-fur peeps.
The faux british accent thing, it *can* happen when you are surrounded by accents that are not your own ALL the time. But she returns to the USA too much to have that situation.
My mum is from England and her English accent diminished after years of living in Canada without English friends and family around her. She has a slight accent now, but to her entire English family, she sounds SUPER Canadian.
I live with a Brit and sometimes I say things and I hear my accent and think "MY GOD, who SAID that??!"
I don't give her a lot of flack for it since I know it happens, but I do wonder about it cuz she does go back home to the US a lot!

6if you live anywhere long enough you pick up the accent, her husband of what 7+ years is British so obviously she interacts with him everyday so that means that she is going to pick up an accent and the fact that she has been living in England for this long once again means she's going to pick up an accent, sh*t happens...(my best friend is from the south and she lived in nyc for 2 years and sounded like a full blown new yorker by the end of her stay)...idk why people hate madonna so much, is is cuz she's the only person left in the spotlight who does what she wants? thats her appeal and she still is and always will be an icon whether people like it or not...she has something almost no one else in the music biz has and thats LONGEVITY...i have been a fan my whole life and to me her later work is some of her best, i cant believe people think she still does sh*t for publicity...sorry to say but she dosent keep making music and touring cuz she needs the money she does it cuz she loves it, shes a passionate person and thats admirable...when she was asked "whys she's still around making music etc" her response was "because i still love it"...

I live with a full blown,born, raised in, French speaking, husband for 10 years.. give me a break that I am sounding French. Picking up slang from words YES but reading a childrens book in the Uk in an accent, and than doing an interview in the US without it the same week.. BS!!! Madonna is a hag. She has lost her appeal to most of her true blue fans, which I was back in the day. She just does not know when to quit and leave the scene with grace!!! She looks so desperate trying to hold on!!!!
14I don't like fur, but it really upsets me to see these fur coats that have been SHAVED down. As if it wasn't bad enough to kill the animal in the worst way possible, they have to go and waste what they took from it? Pisses me off.

17Check out PerezHilton, he has an item on the chinchilla(spelling ?) coat Madge is wearing. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a fabulous coat but I would've opted for faux or something. And even if I were to be filthy rich $65000 for a single coat......I don't think so

21I personally never thought she had any sense of style at all and i can't see where anyone else does. I really don't like her taste in clothing then or now. I know i definitely won't be interested in anything she designs.......
22I think everyone who thinks wearing fur is worth killing the animal(s) in the most awful way that its done, should have to kill them themselves. If they still think its worth it, then go ahead, at least you'll know what you're doing. As for Madonna's coat, I think its awful. And her accent is obviously fake. Has everyone been so caught up thinking whether her accent is real or not, that you've actually missed hearing it?! She sounds awful and you can tell she thinks before each word how to pronounce it "in British" and over-does it each time. There should be no question whether it's fake or not..
