Last night the TV stars were at Boulevard3 in LA to celebrate the launch of SeenOn.com [1]. All the girls look super cute and seem pretty excited about the new site that tells you where to find hot outfits and accessories you see the stars wearing on your favorite TV shows. Kristin Cavallari's new little bob is adorable but our favorite of the night was Kristen Bell in her cute green dress. The girls are totally getting into the holiday spirit showing off their green and reds. The boys from Project Runway's latest season were on hand as well.
