Britney Spears looked a little worried pulling into the Four Seasons hotel with Sam by her side last night. She's been laying pretty low this week, after even more rumors about why she failed her drug test (which is now apparently because of her ADD meds) and that she was off in Vegas last weekend getting liposuction. Unfortunately, she couldn't keep a low profile forever, especially when she ran over another photographer's foot. She's getting good at that. We'll be seeing her tomorrow, too, because she is expected in court for another emergency hearing called by Kevin and his lawyers after the failed drug test. The timing isn't great for Brit, since it's forcing her to cancel her new music video shoot, though there were stories that they were looking to shoot it with a body double anyway. Considering how manufactured her voice is on the album, why is that not surprising?

#3 The drug testing lab should be fully aware of prescribed medications and able to distinguish how much is in her system based on her prescription dosage and when she last took the medication. This girl forgets to take her birth control, so I highly doubt she takes her Adderall daily.
#4 Based on recent behavior, she should consider switching meds, because these are not working, if she even takes them.
You know, I have zero sympathy for the paparazzi whose feet get run over. It's their own effing fault.
12They keep blaming the failed drug test on drugs that would have been in her system for ALL of the tests, not just the one she failed.
I heard they used a body double for parts of her first video as well and for her perfume campaign, so it doesn't surprise me that they are doing it for this video.
She needs to stop allowing the paparazzi into her life. She helps them out, and that is completely true.

17Does she really think any one is buying her excuses as to why she failed her drug test? I mean, we all had suspicions that she had become addicted to Meth, and now she tested positive for amphetimines....more than just a coincidence, id say. But hey, maybe her lawyer will use the same excuse as why she kept missing her drug test...And try to convince the judge that its ok, because Brit is a popstar!

21I agree, if she is really taking a med that would come up positive for amphetamines, why hasn't this come up before. You have to list all the medications you are taking before a drug test is run to help screen out the "false positives". The court can easily request the list and then call her a liar to her face!!! 31BooPudsMom - ADD meds do even out ADD people but on others, its like speed. That's why you hear about kids buying it from ADD kids and snorting it to stay awake to study/party.
It has been said that she has ADD but I'd think that is something they'd know pre-testing.
Also, Britney has never made these excuses - she's kept silent about it. Same with her lawyers. The stuff we're reading on the internet is simply rumors from unnamed sources.
We'll get the real story tomorrow or over the weekend since her attorney will HAVE to speak in court.

35So she is supposedly taking ADD meds, nympholepsy meds which have been photographed in her purse, and an inhaler. Do those things even go together without reaction? Should a person be driving around while on all of that, and lots and lots of caffeine?

And why even bother to make another video this late? I doubt it would boost sales enough to even cover the production expense. Her album is dropping faster than her underwear. By the time any video got completed and ready to show, her album will probably be out of the top 20.
After all the Brit fanatics claiming she still has millions of fans and she has yet to sell half a million of her new album.

48Whatevs if you know the paps follow you everywhere why go to tonnes of unnecessary places I mean whoo the f**k in their right mind checks into a hotel at 10pm and checks out at 2am like everyday of the week, especially when your kids are with you visiting. There are bigger stars out there namely Brad and AJ but they don't have as much drama. she needs to stay home, period,, get off the drugs and get her kids back.
