It is a major problem with the justice system. I do believe that others get "this break", we just don't hear about it.
I know someone here, who was rewarded "weekends" so they could continue to keep thier job. Alot of time they show up Friday night to sign in, and are sent home, but they are credited for the weekend because they showed up. Its ridiculous.

I've seen many of the movies she has appeared in, and I have to disagree she is untalented. She does a fine job, even in the movies that everyone claimed she wouldn't because she was partying too much.
Some of the roles aren't that memorable, just because they are a small supporting role, but I don't think she's ever been embarrassing to watch, or a disaster.
Her talent is the reason I'm rooting for her to clean up her mess.

The California Department of Corrections has one problem...their budget. They do not have enough resources to hire more officers to handle the overcrowding so why would they keep a nonviolent offender in a jail that is overcrowded with drug dealers, pedophiles and murderers. The only person to blame for the preferential treatment celebs receives is our governator.
