Aaron Carter doesn't look so bad. And while what he did may have been awful...he was a young, immature teenager...now it's 2007 and they are both adults (young, but still adults), and to hold on to teenage grudges would be ridiculous.

His actions from the show were from last year though, but maybe he has changed. Hopefully because Hilary is like one of the only young stars out there who does not have major issues like doing drugs and driving while drunk.
