As much as i don't like Kevin, there is NO excuse for Britney's behavior! She is constantly endangering the lives of her children, just this week she was photographed driving in the dark with sunglasses on with both her kids AND the court monitor in the car! That's just plain irresponsible and her children deserve better!

Britney's behavior has been nothing short of irrational. Anytime you can drive off in your convertible with two small children in tow WITH all of the paparazzi hot on your trail, you're not acting as a responsible parent. YOU are basically saying because of who you are, you can do what the phuck you want, as if your celebrity status makes you UNTOUCHABLE. Shaving your head, wearing brown boots with every outfit known to man, wearing no drawers, drugs and booze---DAYUM when is it that you become accountable for what you do and how you act? When you put the children in harm's way? Well, then would be a tadbit late! When you become a parent, all that foolishness should cease. Some just don't get it. Any woman can have a baby BUT not every woman has what it takes to be a MOTHER.

No way are Kevin's court actions excessive. The court has found Britney to be a frequent and habitual drug user. She is either refusing to take or failing drug tests. There are no reports of her getting help for her substance abuse problems, so she should not be allowed to drive with her kids in the care (or at all in my opinion) because she could very well be under the influence.

Britney is not even fighting K-Fed at this point. She's obligated to pay child support, lost custody of the children, and been ordered to pay Kevins attorney's fees. So K-Fed won. The only thing Britney is fighting now is rehab.

she wouldn't have to be in court all the time if she wasn't acting like a fool. Kevin would be neglecting his children if he didn't bring all of the things going on to the court's attention. It's difficult for a father to gain custody from a mother...he's doing what he has to do.

Wether its excessive or not, its still not working, someone should do something to help these poor kids, if she is addicted to drugs like the judge said should she not be in some kind of therapy for that? i know she went to rehab but that obviously didnt work. Also the parenting coach should not just be sitting next to britney as she drives around with her kids, she should teach her how to be a parent, how to play with the kids, and how to take care of them. I cant imagine what its like to live with both of your parents then with mom then with dad then visit mom over night then only see her couple days / week those boys' lives are so chaotic they are gonna need some serious therapy. Britney and kevin should get over themselves and just be parents, she should get a hold of herself and he should get a job!

So far, I don't think he's taken her to court for anything frivolous. Yes, it's a lot, but would you want her to drive around town with YOUR kids in the car?

I hate KFred, but I have to admire him for having enough brains to lay low while this custody case drags on. He looks like a saint these days compared to Britney. I think he'll be able to take care of those kids better than she can, but I don't think he'll be able to take care of them well enough (in other words, well enough so that they grow up to be decent people).

She should have her kids taken from her, hit rock bottom, focus on herself and get better. Then, she can think about what to do with her kids. So far, she doesn't seem to care too much for them. She needs to pull herself together! It pains me, the way she pays more attention to her lips than her kids. Frightening!!! I hope those kids turn out okay.

That's not the parenting coach with her, that's the court appointed monitor. She just monitors Britney's behavior and reports to the court.

And no. His actions are NOT excessive. The children are what's important, not whether or not these actions inconvenience Princess Britney. I can't believe that people are still defending Britney and feeling bad for her. There are a thousand things she could be doing to get her kids back, and Federline has said that he wants her to be in their lives and be a good mother. She just appears to have no interest.

If Kevin was making things up, the judge wouldn't take away her privileges. He is completely justified.

Imagine if those were YOUR kids in the car, and you watched them be carried into on coming traffic through a red light? Wouldnt that just make you TERRIFIED? He might be a dork and male, but that doesnt mean he doesn't genuinely care for the safety of his children.

The judge is ALWAYS siding with Kevin, so obviously he is bringing her in to court for legitimate reasons. Pop, are you just baiting us with this question, or do you sincerely feel pity for this woman who isn't interested in making her children her first priority?

And by the way, Kevin doesn't get ANY MONEY at all for not allowing the kids to be in the car with Britney. All he receives from this decision is the peace of mind that his children won't be in the same care with that terror. The "he just wants money" excuse doesn't hold water.

I voted no after I watched a video of Britney driving her boys and the court monitor through a red light and into oncoming traffic. She was making an illegal left turn. I'm surprised that the court didn't remove her driving privileges earlier with the court monitor supposedly in the front seat. Regardless of her driving ability though, her car is always swarmed by paparazzi. She cannot control them, but after running over two feet already, the situation obviously impedes safe driving.

i think that as much as britney isn't going to win 'worlds greatest mom' anytime soon, i feel that unfortunatly, there are moms out there who are even worse then she is. but because brit is in the spotlight everything she does is magnified. that being said... i think that she deserves to be taken to court..but they need to uphold the rulings for longer bc its like one day she's allowed to have them..two days later taken away..two more days later she has them but only when monitered... i just think that she needs to move to a remote island, stop drugs, stop eating like a fat cow... and just try to be normal and get her s*it together

I'm not a big fan of hers but I will say that I do think that Kevin seems a little misguided. Kevin keeps saying he wants the children's mother to be in their lives but his actions are to the contrary.

I also think the court is doing a bad job. If they think Britney is an unfit mother then just take away the children. A court meeting every week seems over the top and is not good for the children. I think that they need a stable situation rather than things changing all the time.

i would do whatever i had to do to keep my kids safe if the other parent was unfit. even if it meant going to court everyday, i would be there with bells on. while we dont know every detail of what transpires when no one is around with her and the kids. the monitor that was assigned to her basically called her unfit and she is a third party that has no involvement besides looking out for the best interest of the children. people should really stop acting like she is a victim. she has celebrity status and this is basically what you sign up for. people dont really want you to have money and enjoy your money when you cant act right. hence michael jackson, michael vick, martha stewart, paris hilton and others. you gotta OBVIOUSLY walk the line. celebrity doesnt give you a free pass to do what you like... unless maybe your OJ and even THAT is starting to catch up with him.

Kevin Federline has always struck as media hungry and I am sure he is now. To me he is ugly, stupid, and also very ingenuine. Why Britney Spears ever married him, I have no clue. I think her demise had a lot to do with him. He made $7,000 last year and is starring on One Tree Hill (who watches that?!). He needs to get his own life. I think going to court is like his full-time job. Maybe it gives him something to do?

Kevin has been portrayed in the media as living off Britney when they were married. Why is it ok for the man to make more money and take care of his spouse, yet men are maligned when its the other way around? All we know of him is all the excess the media gives us. We don't know what kind of person nor father he is. That said, I think Britney is an attention wh*re train wreck. She is obviously loving the attention because seriously how many times can one go to the same paparazzi infiltrated places in one week? Here's a thought, how about staying home a couple times a week? I don't think that everyone has the right to judge Britney because if she wasn't in the headlines then people wouldn't have a care in the world about her children.
Now, before Britney got divorced everybody was like I feel so bad for Britney marrying a man that would leave his pregnant girlfriend for someone else and that he was going to do the same to her. No one is talking about how he was never home with the kids when they were together. We never seen Britney out partying when they were married. Everybody was dogging him out for not being a good parent when they was married now he is a saint to everyone on this website.
