16No,technically and legally, she was his wife. His will and whatever the laws are in the state they were married in, should determine whether or not she gets any money. Whether it's right or wrong, that's the law. Laws should not be broken because someone has enough money to fight them, no matter who you are.

Jodie Foster manages to get movie roles. She doesn't look like she's in her 40s. Most 40 something actresses don't look 40 something, except for those who play the ugly, married sister/friend or the suburban housewife (i.e. that woman in Friends With Money who has a giant stick up her rectum).
