Um mm...I'm pretty sure that now it's in the gossip pages about her hiring a private detective to follow Kevin,he knows now too. She can't even keep hiring a private detective a secret. I would think in a court case like this that even if they did find dirt on Kevin that neither would get the kids and they would be placed with one of their grandparents. She filed for sole custody last year, which required him to file for shared custody. She's the crazy one who is out partying, hanging out with skanky guys all night, and disobeying the judges orders all the time, which requires Kevin to go back to court to make sure his kids are safe.

In his favor, his ex has always said he was a great hands on dad, still is, and they worked out a shared custody without the need for lawyers and court.

Kevin works. He did promotions, a tv show, and a commercial this year for over half a million dollars.

At the rate Britney spends, she may go broke. She has thrashed her own public image, so the royalties will slow down. Her album didn't sell too well and she has no promotional activity or tour for income.

Kevin made half a million for the Superbowl commercial he made. He got another $250,000 or so for a promotional appearance earlier this year, and that was all just first quarter. Probably didn't get as much for his appearances on that tv show he did over the summer/fall, but he make money. Due to the notoriety of being Britney's ex husband he can't exactly resume being a back up dancer, or go on a long tour with the current custody issues.

His low reported earnings were NET income, not gross. By the time he pays rent, security, food, etc. the amount reported was what he had left. So if you're going to try telling it as it is, you might want to gather the facts.

I don't like either one of them as parents for obvious reasons. But she should have started her fight with him along time ago, by hiring someone to tail him. She is waaaay behind in this game with him.

Exactly why would Britney Spears hire a private eye before proposing to Kevin Federline him. She KNEW that he had a child and a baby on the way with another woman and STILL pursued him. And Federline wasn't the first man in a "family-style" relationship that she tried to pursue...he was at least the third...the other 2 were dancers as well with pregnant girlfriends back at home. She's always been self-centered and selfish, and people only realize (or care) now because her kids involved.
