Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams have been spending a lot of QT making the rounds together promoting Enchanted. Yesterday it was an afternoon waltzing at TRL and then off to the big Manhattan premiere complete with Tim Robbins and Mayor Bloomberg. The film looks a little cheesy (like Dempsey's TRL hair), but Patrick asserts it's just good traditional Disney fun. He said, "The movie is, in essence, about true love's kiss and true love...And it's everything Disney in a way, in that it's very funny and honors (the studio's animated classics), and it's an old-fashioned musical." Okay, fine, maybe I'm just curious to see Patrick belting it out.

7Goodness, Amy Adams looks like a cross between Nicole Kidman and Heidi Klum. That's not a bad thing. I think she looks cute! I love the high-waisted, wide pants to she wore to TRL. Are these Rich & Skinny?
8The trade papers are talking OSCAR for Amy in this movie (can you believe it?)!! They said that not since JULIE ANDREWS in Mary Poppins have they seen someone who is so endearing, comedically gifted, and with beautiful voice. They couldn't have laid on the flattery any stronger! They said that James Marsden also has a great voice, and that the movie overall was really well done.
Amy was on their "short list" for the Best Actress Oscar...she wasn't even in the "maybe" list, which is crazy since it usually takes a overwraught dramatic part to get Oscar buzz.
9Patrick just looks so adorable, and so does Amy.
Jillness. Whoopi Goldberg got an oscar for Ghost, Marisa tomei got an oscar for my cousin vinny.....sometimes it doesnt take much to get one, but in this case i think if Amy does, its deserved.
