Esquire [1] honored its favorite performances of 2007 — Denzel Washington, Cate Blanchett, Javier Bardem, Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downey Jr. and Emile Hirsch — with two different cute covers for their December issue. Looks like the six had a lot of fun goofing around during their shoot, especially Jakey G and Robert. The magazine has short blurbs about each of their picks [2], though we're most impressed with Cate being the only woman in the group. She was chosen for playing a man, however, as the stand out Bob Dylan in I'm Not There [3]. Unfortunately beyond Cate, Buzz didn't love the movie — check out her review here [4].
