Hayden Panettiere showed off a semi-disturbing mixture of child-like and sex-kitten in a photoshoot for the December GQ where she was named Obsession of the Year. Yeah, I know she's 18 now, but that's still a little bit creepy. Fab and I had the chance to chat with her on the pink carpet at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (peep my arm) — check out our chat with the pint sized starlet! She seemed like the good girl to us, and in GQ she kept up that image. Even though we all know she's had her wild moments. Wink. Here are highlights:
- On becoming a bad girl: Never, never. Cross our fingers...You can’t schedule rehab for me. And I don’t think you can schedule any DUIs. I think I’m going to be one of those boring girls.
- On the media pushing girls to meltdowns: Absolutely. Britney Spears, for example. That girl was the epitome of beauty when I was younger. And we built her up and just ripped her down, put every aspect of her life under a microscope. Probably made 90 percent of the stuff up along the way. I can’t even imagine if I had it like she does. She’s someone that I’m rooting for, and I hope she can make that comeback.
- On rumors about her: Well, now that I’m single, it’s like I’m dating every male I’m standing next to—and possibly every female.
- On the stories she is dating Milo: No, I’m not. I love my castmates, and I adore Milo. He’s awesome, but we’re easy targets. We’re both young, and he’s one of the only people on the show not married with children.
- On who she likes to hear she's dating: God, it could be anyone from Leo DiCaprio to Justin Timberlake—or any girl. You want to make me a lesbian? That’s totally fine with me....Um, let’s see. We could do a love affair with Angelina. We could do… Oh gosh, I love—there are so many beautiful girls. Charlize Theron. Oh, my God. Kate Beckinsale is gorgeous. Jessica Alba.
She also says she's trading in her "merlot" colored Porsche for an eco-friendly Prius, good girl. Clearly she's got a saucy streak, but as long as she keeps herself out of trouble the cheerleader seems to be doing just fine as a rising starlet in Hollywood.

It's all downhill from 18, just kidding. I'm surprised at some of her comments, I have a hard time imagining that she will keep up with her "good girl" image..which isn't really that good girl in these photos. I don't think Britney did poses like this for GQ at that age.

6How is it creepy? Emma Watsom from Harry Potter isn't even 18 yet and like a year ago she did a bikini shoot for some magazine... now THAT is creepy.
While one of the pictures could be more tasteful (like putting an over-sized bra on her to try and make her chest look bigger), they're not bad at all.
I hope Hayden does stay out of rehab... otherwise I might cry

8Hayden doesn't really look like she's pretending to be a 'good girl', a responsible and ethical person maybe (with the prius and the protest) but she isn't going around telling people she's a virgin or anything so hopefully she won't end up like B.Spears.

16Her pictures seem fine to me...she's 18 afterall. I don't consider people around the ages of 16+ children anymore. They are old enough to basically take care of themselves and make their own choices.
17Its not that she is not old enough to do sexy photoshoots, its that this photoshoot is supposed to be sexy - she's dressed like a child and in a bedroom suited for a 13 year old girl - is this a turn on or something?
In the first pic it even looks like her body has been photoshopped to look more like a kid.

26Most of us grew up with a underage Britney spears wearing short skirts and dancing around in a sexy school uniform, Chritina Aguilera showing her stomach in ever video,etc. I guess I'm use to seeing teen girls used as sex objects..not saying it's right but her photos are nothing new nowadays. Remember when there was a countdown to when the Olsen twins were legal? That to me was way more creepy than these photos. Also, don't forget that famous Britney cover for Rolling stones where she posed in underwear and pajamas...

36One of the reason I have always disliked Britney Spears was because of her first photo spread in Rollingstone. Her posing in a bra and miniskirt in front of her doll collection...wearing short shorts on a bike with tassles...just gross. The big difference with that was that she wasn't 18 yet.
In any case, I think that when women voluntarily do these shoots that mix sexuality with childhood is just wrong. If you want to dress like a school girl for your own boyfriend, that's your deal. But kiddies shouldn't equal sexy.

44This photoshoot is a pedophile's dreams come true. I'm very disturbed by the bedroom scene with the Tiger Beat-like posters on the wall and the stuff animal, as well as the "hula hoop" photo. Hayden is beautiful and has a great, healthy body, but this photoshoot is shuddertastic!!!
