Yesterday David Beckham celebrated the 2nd anniversary of his soccer academy in London. There were over a hundred kids there to play and party with the soccer superstar who was also in "mourning" over England's huge loss to Croatia. The day before the celebration, the national team lost 3-2 resulting in not qualifying for Euro 2008. Beckham said, "It wasn't pretty. It was frustrating, disappointing. The nation is in mourning and rightly so with the players we have got, the team we have got, the support we have got and always will have." This is a huge bummer for Beckham who had recently spoken out about how much he wished to play for the team. It's a good thing he was able to be surrounded by kids who were able to put a smile on his face.

11He has lost it as a soccer player, if i was him i´d be retired since long ago, if he had done it he would be considered another soccer legend like Pele nowadays, he´s only making an absolute fool of himself or maybe he can´t retire because Posh is such a high maintenance
12He's only 32 though, that's still a pretty good age for a midfielder. Also, he didn't play that bad for England recently, whenever he actually did get to play.
