While much of the country was recovering from their Thanksgiving feast on Friday, Kate Walsh continued to enjoy the beach and native wildlife in Hawaii with her husband Alex. She's taking advantage of her unexpected time off due to the writers' strike, but hopefully it won't last too long. Strike negotiations resumed today, and our fingers are crossed that they'll reach an agreement quickly so we won't lose the whole rest of the season. In the meantime, Kate can continue to show off her bikini collection — and her equally impressive bikini body.

I've had 4 kids and I have alot better body than hers, my husband is a master fitness trainer and he has a great body as well. I guess the ones who think they look so great have litte to compare to, so sorry that I have such high expectations when it comes to being fit...but jealous I'm not

How many women in there 40's do you know that look that good AND are healthy and NOT obsessed with being fit? No offense to people constantly in the gym, but sometimes there are more inportant things to worry about then having a perfect body.

13If you talking about my modesty being the fact that I'm proud of my body and my healthy lifestyle then you bet I pass it on to my children. My husband's father died of a massive heart attack at 39 years old and heart disease is hereditary, so we know that my children have to be a little more conscience of their health than the normal couch potato if they want to live to see their grandchildren. It's a 50/50 chance it's passed on to them, and that is what their pediatrician said, they started getting their cholesterol checked at 7 yrs old and my son's was already over 220..at 7 yrs OLD! So yeah, being health conscience is a big deal in my family, we don't spend our lives in the gym, matter of fact me or m children don't even have a gym membership, the only reason my husband goes there is to train other people. We have fun staying healthy as a family other ways than going to a boring gym.... by the way thanks for your sarcasm.

As for her, I've seen her look much better a few years ago and she could use some toning for sure. Everyone keeps saying looks good for her age, age is not an excuse at 40 yrs old in this day and time with more people taking a new perspective on their health. She doesn't have a bad body, but it's just average looking, nothing spectacular, I think her standing next to the pillsberry dough boy makes her look a little less attractive. Look at Demi Moore, she's older than 40 and has a rock hard toned bod and has had 3 kids. I agree with Spit that it is no crime to be proud of your accomplishments in life. If we were not supposed to be proud of how we look then why is it make-up sales and plastic surgery is at an all time high? Looks do count. Sorry if it's not "politically" correct to be proud of yourself, but if you got it, flaunt it, And by all means BE PROUD OF IT!

I think because of the obsession with size 0, the general public has gotten a very unhealthy idea of what fit and thin means. Is she bigger than most hollywood girls? yes. But how many people really found Kate Bosworth's thin frame and nicole richie's chest "ladder" or Posh's horrendously thin legs attractive? That's disgusting if you ask me.
Could she have chosen a more flattering suit? Absolutely. But her body is good for her age.

Someone you should be saying looks good "for her age" is Jane Seymore, the lady is almost 60 and has a great bod. I agree with the ones who say Kate's body is average, and believe me there is nothing wrong with average, it's what I have
2540 is not old, it's not young, but it's not old. You also have to take account that she's never had kids. So really and honestly her body is average. I think this whole topic got brought up because someone said she could look better, but I guess she's happy with where she is. She would never make a swim suit model, but an actress, yes.
