We never would have thought that a year after his split from Britney Spears, we'd still be hearing about Kevin Federline every day. While we were hoping that he would fade away, the ongoing custody battle is keeping him in the headlines and over half of you think that his frequent emergency hearings are justified. Now he's scored the cover of Details magazine's Power + Influence issue.
While Kevin's reputation has improved a lot in the past year, we're still not sure how we feel about him tying Larry Birkhead for the number 7 spot on the magazine's 50 Most Influential Men Under 45 list as "The Good Father." What do you think — does Kevin deserve to be on a list of influential men?

28I seem to recall him being photographed out at bars and smoking pot while he and Britney were still married, while Britney was home with the babies (wow how things can change in such a short time).
Eh, I think he's taking care of his kids now, but I wouldn't say he's influential. I think his situation is influential... as in what NOT to do (I'm looking at you right now Britney).

Maybe, just maybe, if Spears could stand to NOT have her face or her ASS in the tabloids for 1 solitary week...then Federline's name wouldn't be thrown in with hers. Kevin has been painted as the bad guy since day one. Now that it has come to light that Britney is the idiot, no one wants to admit it. If this were any other father fighting so hard for his children, yall all would be praising him. Cut him some slack, it is obvious that the children matter to him and they are a hell of a lot safer with now.
Why do all of you Britney supporters want the children to be in a dangerous situation just because she is the mother? That is crazy to think she is a better parent just because she is the mother. Get real.
