Lindsay was looking cozy yesterday pre-hair-salon where she cleaned up her beautiful and completely unnecessary extensions. Perhaps being in the salon is a way to keep her out of trouble. Even if Riley is already behaving badly, Lindsay has been a good girl since leaving rehab. Her lawyers, however, are still dealing with old messes. The latest is that her attorney is trying to get out of having her deposition videotaped regarding that infamous 2005 accident on Robertson. Her lawyer doesn't want LL to run the risk of doing something embarrassing on tape, using Britney's recent similar situation as an example. Over half of you agreed that Brit shouldn't have been taped, so do you think Lindsay deserves the same allowance?
