Lindsay Lohan put on a pretty smile and some shiny pants for dinner out at Koi on Friday after the world learned she's once again single. It's a good thing that Riley is out of the picture — he seemed like a dud. I just hope he doesn't do something obnoxious like sell his story about dating the starlet. Ditching Mr. Giles so quickly seems like just another reason why LL doesn't deserve the title of Dumbest Person in Hollywood. More than half of you seem to agree that she's not No. 1 (though she has her place somewhere on the list). Maybe if she keeps up this streak of wise choices, she won't even earn a spot next time around.

3Shinny pants? I really don't like the way she dresses. Usually the only thing she has on that I agree with is the scarves she wears. Such a waste of good money, on SHINNY pants, NOPE, I believe they are shinny LEGGINGS. They are like aerobics tights from the 80's . I don't like it.

8She may not be the dumbest but she rates right up there. Just because she ditched Riley doesn't make her super smart. It was a dumb idea to get involved with him in the first place especially in rehab. I wouldn't be surprised if he sells his story about Lohan somewhere down the line which is why her choice to get close with him was so stupid. Celebrities have to err on the side of being too cautious or stories of their lives are sold to the highest bidder but that's never been something Lindsay has understood.
The too long, fake blong hair, the orange look and leggings certainly qualifies her for making poor choices.

15I bet she bought the leggings from American Apparell since she was shopping there the other day. I saw them on the rack when I went shopping there this weekend. That being said, such a pretty girl but I cannot stand her and I knew we could not go a day without seeing her out and about and supposedly sober.

17Someone needs to tell this girl to stop wearing leggings. Her thighs are not her best feature and shiny pants only make them look even bigger. Personally, I don't think anyone should wear leggings but not unless you're really thin. I wouldn't wear them because I'd look like thunder thighs. Not a fan of LL. And, yes, I agree she looks weird with platinum blonde hair; she looks much better with her natural colour.

As for Koi...i just went to the brand new one in the Planet Hollywood Casino in Vegas and it was THE BEST. They treat you like royalty and the food was delish!!
