Nicole Richie and Lauren Conrad were spotted after having dinner together at Casa Verde Friday night in LA. From birthday parties over lunch to girls' night out, these two have become great friends despite supposedly fighting over the same guy. Interestingly enough, that guy was Brody Jenner who recently denied that he and LC were ever actually a couple. He said, “There’s nothing romantic—it’s never really been like that, I love Lauren. She is a great friend of mine.” It's not like we're surprised, especially after the many other interviews where he admits he does a lot of fake things for press like date Nicole.

1man thats kind of a douche thing to do brody. i know their show has to be fake and its purely entertainment. but besides the press you would have figured that he would have actually admitted actually dating one of them.

8I like Lauren and Nicole!!! As for Brody, I don't think it's rude of him to say that about his relationship with Lauren. On the show, Lauren always proclaimed Brody to be a "really" good friend...there's never been anything particularly "romantic" in their friendship. Don't confuse "intimate" with "romantic"...two, very, very different things.

15Ohh I love both Nicole and LC. I am glad they are friends. I just wish they were better pics of them. I am willing to give Brody the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was misquoted or taken out of context since there are too many scenes of him and LC kissing and cuddling... and he claims that the hills is 100% real.
