honestly, she is a very beautiful girl, but this is her first phase in showbiz as a star, and if she wants credability she should put less focus on her boobies, she will have PLENTY of time for that later when she needs to reinvent herself, if her talent is for real, of course. Sometimes when you present yourself as a sex object, that is all you are known for.

What does it matter? This single will probably bomb, no matter how many body parts she shows off.

I wonder if she slimmed down. I remember her being very curvy on American Idol and she looked great but they always make everyone lose weight on that show. I remember when she was on AI she made attempts at acting sexy and they just came off as being awkward and embarrassing. She was probably just competing with that slutty Kelly Pickler chick.

Mar -- I agree that she should have waited until later in her career, when she needs a little boost. I think coming out with the "big guns" right off the bat might alienate a lot of the AI audience that supported her. The usual AI viewers like wholesomeness (example: Carrie Underwood) and usually push people through that are the exact opposite of what current pop music usually offers (people that get through on their looks and not on their talent). Clay Aiken, Ruben Studdard, Kelly Clarkson, Elliot Yamin-- they are all people that have amazing voices but probably won't have gotten record deals because of their looks.

I think she looked good then and looks good now. I think the first one looks cute. So she's showing a little cleavage -- if you got it, flaunt it. I've seen worse.

I think she looks GREAT...it's a little provocative, but it's tame compared to a lot of what is out there.

for the people who are saying she had a bad attitude on american idol...i watched american idol and i liked her a lot on the show. she didn't have a bad attitude...she had a personality...there's a difference haha. i've heard from people i know that met her that she's VERY sweet and pretty funny too. i'll be buying her album!

She looks sexy. Slutty is sleeping with multiple partners. Ladies, let's not insult each other by calling each other sluts. She is over eighteen and making her own money, she can be sexy. Women should look attractive, not like frumps. We should be happy when other women look attractive. It is inspiring, not threatening.

I don't know if it's necessarily a question of sluttiness, or if it's one of "look at me I want attention." She looks like she's trying too hard.
