If you have been charged with prescription drug crimes in the past, and then you are caught with a bottle of pills that has someone elses name on it, you completely deserve to go to jail for it. If he would have got a prescription for himself, it would not have been a big deal. Why can't he seem to follow the law?
I hope Michael goes someplace where he won't hurt anymore kids. Even if he isn't a molester (which I tend to think he is), he isn't a good influence on children and isn't responsible enough to be the parent of one. The guy really scares me. He should be studied by psycologists, because he really is an example of a life that was damaged severely somewhere along the line.

37i actually met MJ in person once -- i worked at disneyland in college and he came into the magic store where i was working, with a little boy, of course... the disney security cleared the whole store, and he and the kid ran around saying "i want 4 of those! and 6 of those!" and i and the other clerk ran around and tried to keep up with their shopping list... he didn't look like quite such a freak then, but he was wearing that black hat and fake teeth... nice disguise...
years later when the molestation thing came out, i remembered him with that kid and was totally grossed out...
