After unveiling his pink house project on The Today Show this morning, Brad Pitt held an official press conference to talk about it. Angelina was there to watch her man, as was adorable little Maddox while the rest of the Jolie-Pitt kids sat this one out. At the conference Brad said, "To build those 150 homes, we need the help of the American people...We need to all join together to do this. There is no reason why we can't do a thousand homes." This is definitely a passion project for Brad, hopefully, he sees it through to the end. I just adore this family. Brad looks as handsome as ever, and Angelina looks beautiful. As for Maddox, he's adorable, and still the coolest kid in Hollywood.

Sorry I have to chime in with the hat thing, I am entirely sick of it, so the idea that there will be more of them floating around is not a pleasant thought.

21Fantastic. I hope this creates more incentive for other celebrities to get involved in more of these charitable projects. The people in New Orleans need so much help. I could care less about Brad and Angie's personal lives. It is the charity that counts. And who cares about her shoes? She looks great in flats.

29Oh, Jesus, I can't believe people are STILL hung up about their "past." That's so ridiculous. I chose to live in the present and to look at people for what they are doing now, not what they did years ago. I love that they are helping out. I think it's fantastic and I hope that other Hollywood types follow their lead and help those people in NOLA out instead of letting them be pushed out of the city by greedy developers.

40There was a time when my dad was wearing stupid hats every single day and it was not because he was loosing hair, but because he really liked those hats... meh! Whatever... I think its just a phase.
I think Angelina its looking so much healthier now and you can see it in the way her hair looks.. so much brighter and also her face looks fuller (?).
Brad has changed so much over the years, now for me he is even hotter cause of the way he cares about important things.
41I woke up this morning with an urge to help others in need. There are so many people out there who need help. My new year’s resolution is to donate money to at least 3 reputable charities/ organizations.
I’m not rich - far from it - but God has given me a little but enough to help.
I admire all those whose hearts are big enough to help other people/strangers.

44i think it is great that they are showing their children that you must do thing to make the world a better place. you can't just coast by and be a celebrity, but you must make a conscious effort to do good. the other celebs out there should take a page out of their books and do something other that shop, do drugs, get arrested for drunk driving etc.

People should try focusing on the real issue here; the fact that 2 years after Katrina, the people of New Orleans still do not have homes to return to. Someone had to step up to the plate and do something and Brad is doing just that.
Brad is putting his money where his mouth is and setting an example to all of us. To me, he is a great man with a wonderfully supportive partner and family and he deserves great kudos for his efforts.
