While we usually ignore the never ending barrage of Amy Winehouse stories, there are times when it's too much to let slide. These photos of Amy looking pretty torn up, outside her London home in the wee small hours of Monday morning sparked all sorts of rumors that she was on a scary all night bender. Her rep, however, denied the story to People, saying, "She heard all these noises, and she went outside to look and there were all these photographers... She'd been sound asleep, and then there were all these photographers – of course she looked startled." While a middle of the night scare could be a valid explanation (I guess) it's hard to know when it comes to Amy and her behavior.

It definitely seems like a bad call, however, that she was hanging out with Pete Doherty today. While Amy's husband Blake is in jail for assault/impeding justice (which caused her to cancel her tour), she's spending time with the famously troubled rocker. Pete, who in the past has said he wants to help her get clean, showed up at her house at 4 in the morning and left sometime in the late AM, guitar in hand. Sure, he talks a big game about staying sober, but his recent relapse spells trouble combined with Amy's erratic lifestyle.
