Probably because she doesn't look like she's fronting, or doing that 'open mouth' pose that I can't stand. Jessica always looks better when she just goes natural. A lot of women are that way but they insist on weighing themselves down in make-up and unneeded revealing attire.....again, she looks nice here.

I think that this girl deserves happiness finally. Whether she regrets divorcing Nick or not, she was really young and inexperienced with life at that time. She needs to be a little more self-reliant. It seems that her Dad tries to figure things out for her that she should be living and learning herself. It's part of growing up. She looks more relaxed in this picture and happier. As far as this new fling with Tony, recently he was crazy about Sophia Bush, and that ended suddenly. I don't know if the guy sees dating Jessica as an opportunity to get his name in Hollywood.
