Nicole and Joel are sticking to their black and white, and her to her heels, out grabbing coffee during another day strolling around LA. It's not like these two aren't keeping busy in productive ways, but they do seem to have a fair amount of free time and Nicole's schedule just opened up even more. She's been granted leave from her court-mandated, anti-drinking program due to her pregnancy and their worry that it will somehow impede her safety. Apparently it's an option for anyone with a "medical condition" and pregnancy counts. I'm not sure how some therapy and classes would get in the way of her safety, but hey, can't blame her for seeing the loophole.

I might be the only one, but I really hate her sunglasses. She looks like a bug.
1I can see how the classes might be a problem, depending on where they're held. I'd personally be highly likely to pass out in a classroom while pregnant.
But how the therapy could be harmful is completely beyond me.
2ok
3Blah.
4♥ her look.
5I think her high heels may impede her safety more than a meeting. Just my opinion. LOL!
6Oh please. She can shop in high heels all day long but can't sit in a classroom and take a couple of classes on drinking? Loser.
7I have yet to go through pregnancy, but isnt' it a bad thing to wear heels when you are that pregnant??
8ok then
9Jmast I was just going to say the same!
10"I have yet to go through pregnancy, but isnt' it a bad thing to wear heels when you are that pregnant??"
No. If you're used to it, you're used to it.
I can wear heels all day long, but if I don't have a fan on me if my office (which is the same setting as a classroom), I'd pass out repeatedly.

king's queen, here is a link on high heels and pregnancy:

12Her heels are lower than the ones I normally wear. I trip way more in flats because I'm not used to them.
13alrighty then.
14jmast I was going to say the exact same thing.
15Here we go celebrity treatment...
16I dont know... walking all day in high heels to go shopping doesnt seem to hurt her but sitting for one hour will hurt her????? I dont understand this analogy
17I like that they have been doing a lot of charitable work to help out mothers to be. I think it is awesome how she is setting a good example for other celeb and non-celeb mom's.
18People don't understand how I get lightheaded and queasy sitting an hour in church but can walk around all day shopping either.
I'm not saying she should've gotten out of it. I can just see how a classroom setting might cause problems. I don't know why they can't offer some extra one-on-one therapy to make up for it, though.
19"I like that they have been doing a lot of charitable work to help out mothers to be. I think it is awesome how she is setting a good example for other celeb and non-celeb mom's."
I think that's nice and all, but I don't think it should absolve her of her actual conviction.
20Greggie, one thing is that is way to boring to be there, and something different that it actually hurts you to be there...
21just sayin' girl
22i would think being pregnant, and not being able to drink, that it would be a really easy way to complete and ANTI-DRINKING program. what kind of limb do they ask you to go out on in this program?
23I don't find church even remotely boring, so that's not it. It's simply the way I have to sit with no support, the stagnant air, the crowdedness of it, etc. Like I said, the same applies to my office, so I keep a fan (or two) on me at all times.
24maybe her belly is too big for those desks. or maybe she just doesnt wanna go? lol. whatever.
25JLO is 6 months gone but her bump is way bigger than her that is due next month!
26I was talking about the class... thinking that is "boring" to be there.
27I don't want to take away from claims that it's tough sitting somewhere when you're pregnant. it's got to be miserable. but plenty of women don't have the luxury of taking it easy. so i just question the notion that she can't take her class. my coworker is pregnant and she sits at her desk all day and complains that it's hot, but she still has to do it. this chick doesn't HAVE to do anything. she's set for money, so she doesn't have to clock in 8 hours a day sitting, standing, or anything. come on.
28If you wear heels all the time then your calf muscles are shortened... and it hurts NOT to wear them.
No one knows why she was given a pass so how can you rag on her? Most likely, the accommodations are not suitable for a pregnant woman. Chances are she'll have to make it up when she's able.
29Well, considering she could have KILLED someone when she was driving the wrong way on the street while stoned or drunk or whatever, you'd think she would just shut up and take the class.
30FezandHyde, everyone is allowed to have their opinion, even if you don't agree with it...no need to call other people names. Unless of course you are some how related to Nicole and she's your sister and you're defending her, because..sheesh, why so angry?
31nicole is looking good for a preggy lady...i love her..
32
I do have a pathetic life, thanks for pointing that out.
33Is Joel taking fashion tips from Jt?
34I've never taken an anit-drinking class. So I don't know how safe or unsafe it is. But I think she has learned her lesson.
35Completely agree with Sami... we don't know why she's not taking the class, and I'm sure she'll have to make it up...
Some people can just wear heels.. besides I'm sure she doesn't have to walk far!
36she looks great, i need her purse
37and the shoes im a sucker for maryjanes
38I'd want to just get it over with. I wouldn't want to have to finish the class after the baby has been born. But maybe she does have the same problem as Greggie!
39i love those mary-janes!
40does she ever wear any other colors?
41Greggie-good to know about the heels, because that was my first thought, like wtf suuure she's worried about safety!
I mean, fine, it sounds like the program requires quite a bit of commitment, but it will suck to do it after she has a newborn (though maybe she'll enjoy a break?) I just don't get why she didn't do it when she wasn't quite so close to her due date. Did she just get assigned to them?
Whatever, make her do some bs internet class, and then go to a couple therapy sessions....
42wish them well!
43It says "leave" from the program. Doesn't that mean she'll still have to do it, just not right now?
44I'm getting her bag for Christmas in red! YAYYYY!
