Paris Hilton brought her own brand of um, art, to Art Basel in Miami last night, celebrating the lengthy launch of her new fragrance Can Can. Hey, any excuse for a party, right? She met up with her friend Scott Storch at the party and let me tell you, I have not been missing his face. Paris isn't winning our Best Mugshot of 2007 poll (in fact, she's coming in third well behind Shia and a few behind LL in July), but what do you think: Should she be in the running for Most Improved?
