Last night in New York, some of the most recognized celebrities came out to honor everyday people who accomplished amazing things this year. The event was CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute [1], which featured performances from Mary J. Blige and Sheryl Crow along with presentations by Anderson Cooper and Tyra Banks among others. Ty-Ty did not dress down for the occasion. From a 12-year-old leukemia patient who made it his mission to register fellow minorities as bone marrow donors to a Seattle man who opened a clinic in Kenya to a teenager who developed a music program to help kids with autism, the honorees were an incredible group.
