Chalk it up to great genetics or friendly sibling rivalry, but celebrity families were bigger than ever this year and two times the fun. 43Yes, I am one of the "few" that voted Nicky & Paris. Yes, Paris is annoying, but she's pretty good at everything she tries to do (minus her singing career). And her less annoying sister is a really good designer and just opened a restaurant (with Nick Lachey and Wilmer) out here in Vegas called Company. They're my two favorite.
44Monica and Penelope are hot! Both classy, gorgeous women on the move. I like that!
